This notice explains how Biz Edge Point of Sales Limited (“Biz Edge”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website, bizedgehq.com. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). Biz Edge is a Valinno Systems company; Valinno Systems Limited is registered with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC/DCP/10045) and our sales and support teams are shared with it.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you book a demo, contact us or apply to partner: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, and optionally your e-mail, business name, business type, city, number of outlets, current system and message.
• How you found us: the page you arrived on, the referring website, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, which social media post or advert).
• Technical data: your IP address, used briefly to protect our forms from spam and abuse.

Why we use it

• To respond to your request: arrange your demo, answer your questions, send you a quote or assess your partner application (steps you asked us to take before any contract).
• To understand which of our marketing works, and to keep our website secure (our legitimate interests).
• With your consent, to measure advertising through the cookies described above. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Our sales and support staff within the Valinno Systems group; our website host (Hostinger); and, where you have accepted cookies, the advertising and analytics providers named above. In the United Kingdom, enquiries may be passed to our official partner so they can serve you locally. Some providers may process data outside Nigeria; where they do, we rely on the safeguards permitted by the NDPA.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become customers are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Customer records are kept for as long as you use our services and as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below.
