Can I look up a sale by serial number?
Yes. Serial numbers and warranties are stored on invoice lines, and the desktop POS includes a warranty check.
Will it work when there’s no internet?
Yes. The till saves every sale on the device and keeps selling offline. When the connection comes back, sales upload to your back office automatically.
Can I use it with my Moniepoint, OPay or bank POS terminal?
Yes. Biz Edge works alongside any payment provider: record card, transfer and cash payments against each sale, or split one sale across several. Our Windows desktop POS can also send amounts straight to a connected card terminal.
I have thousands of products. Do I have to type them in?
