Can I charge more in the VIP section?
Yes. Each item can have up to five price levels, and each device can be set to use a different level.
What happens if the internet goes off during service?
Nothing changes for your team. Orders, bills and shifts are saved on each device and printed locally, then synced automatically once you’re back online.
Can waiters take orders on their phones?
Yes. RestPOS runs on Android phones and tablets, iPhones and iPads, and Windows PCs. Orders print straight to the right kitchen or bar printer.
How do you stop drinks and food from leaking?
Every order is tied to a waiter’s PIN, voids need a reason and (if you choose) a manager’s PIN, and a void slip prints for the kitchen. Shift reports show exactly what each person sold and collected.
